POSITION: Online Sales Consultant - Full time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The main role of this position is to provide sales advice, answer all customer questions via website, phone, Facebook, and Zalo, and maintain relationships with existing customers to build strong customer relationships.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Monitor Facebook and Zalo fan pages, provide advice and answer all questions and fulfill purchasing needs.

- Providing sales advice on Facebook, Zalo, and website channels.

- Other tasks as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS REGARDING ATTITUDE AND PERSONALITY

- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college in Hanoi.

- For those who love sales, business, and customer service, the most important thing is to have a passion for it.

- Honesty, dedication, perseverance

- Know how to listen

- Open-minded, eager to learn, and has NO HABIT OF BLAMING OTHERS.

- Enjoys conquering challenges and can handle work pressure.

SKILL

- Good communication skills (speaking and writing)

- Basic MS Office skills

- Proficient in using Facebook, good computer skills.

TRAIN

- Received training in sales skills and customer psychology.

- Training in problem-solving skills and persuasive negotiation.

- Training to understand the product and target customers.

- Skills in using sales software

INTEREST

- Salary of 8-12 million VND or more, depending on ability.

- Year-end bonus or performance-based bonus

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday

- Work location: (Choose one of the two locations below)
